Using our understanding of Agile Practices and DevOps Principles, our team of SREs, DBAs, and Technical Support Staff are supporting over 150 developers in building highly reliable hybrid cloud applications. Our team does this by transforming the application team's current technology infrastructure to the latest cloud standards, implement best practices in security and compliance standards, build tools to support the enterprise environment, and rapidly identify and close incidents.

SRE in the CIO. Work to maintain our portfolio of 100+ applications and over 500 components. Migrated applications from legacy infrastructure to K8s and latest cloud standards. Scripted in Python and Bash to automated our CI/CD workflows.

• Designed and implemented a serverless data platform for A+E Networks. Managed a team of developers and business analyst to define requirements, develop a solution and automate the deployment process. Built data utilizing API Gateway, AWS Lambda, DynamoDB and AngularJS. • Identified a single procedure that caused the production server to halt for 35 hours every week, causing major backlogs in SSRS and SalesForce replication. Through optimization of queries and business analysis, we were able to create a new procedure and eliminate this process. This saved the organization over 1,000 of key production server time every year. • Working with the sales organization, I worked to develop a solution to identify high value leads within the client’s platform. By creating a lean custom analytics process, I was able to deliver a report that identified $5,000,000 in lost revenue. This report is currently being used by my client’s sales team to re-capture this revenue. • After migrating to a new platform, my team and I were responsible for merging reporting needs from the Legacy system to the new platform. Over several months of dedicated work, our team became the experts on reporting between these two systems. This reporting touched every part of the organization, including reporting to the SEC. • Worked with clients during the Sales process to understand their needs from the beginning and craft a solution that worked for their organization.
