Led the implementation of a key digital transformation solution on Salesforce across Sales, Delivery, Provisioning, Support and Finance departments. Worked with a 4-person team. - Built trusted relationships and defined key processes for each of the different departments involved. r - Defined the Salesforce Solution roadmap with a focus on reducing customer processing time on the Sales, Delivery and Provisioning stages by mapping Salesforce features as solutions to their business goals. - Designed the technical solution on Salesforce, a middleware (NodeJS) and REST integrations.

Worked together with OSF Global Services Iberia team to gain experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C – SFCC (Demandware) best practices and real-world implementations. - Delivered tasks as Solution Architect for Ubisoft Entertainment SA’s projects by successfully completing the mentoring as a Solution Architect in Salesforce Commerce Cloud and taking ownership of the related integration improvements of the platform. - Improved the design and implementation of key integrations of the Ubisoft SFCC Platform by refactoring and upgrading the connectors with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Paypal.

Worked with 12-person Salesforce team where I’ve managed 4-person team to specifically deliver the edge product on the insurance marketplace of Wefox Group. Hired to lead, manage and develop the Salesforce team and the projects related to the improvement of insurance brokers solutions. Promoted to lead the cross functional team due experience and performance. - Organized the product team, QA team, front-end and back-end teams to deliver and meet the specific deadlines and requirements of the first phase (9 months) of the product. - Led the launch of the Insurance broker marketplace for Spain and Italy using a custom API on Salesforce. Also led the launch of the marketplace upgrade for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. - Improved the technical reliability, scalability and maintainability of the product by refactoring the current architecture of Salesforce apex to implementing enterprise patterns at the core of new developments. - Facilitated the communication between the product, front-end and back-end teams, created positive relationships, supported well defined specifications and kept track of the implementation and delivery of the different features of the product.
