Sergey has a deep knowledge of ruby, rails and databases. I've worked with him several times, and he is my go-to mentor for hard problems that make zero sense, and we can always work it out to a good solution.

Very polite, knowledgable and true interest in helping. My issue was not immediately resolved in the call but I was able to solve it right after based on our discussions and suggestions from mentor.
