Worked closely with the Head of product to plan and build a brand new web application. It was used in a clinical trial to let patients give their feedback and let the doctors conduct surveys. We used Elm and HTML/CSS for the front-end, and used python in the back-end

Worked on the existing codebase ( back-end/front-end/dev-ops ), helped with managing the dev team, while also introduced processes on how code is reviewed/committed and how operations/code deployment works. Assisted with the hiring process. Added a self-hosted gitlab server and a private docker registry to the project. Added nginx routers to improve decoupling of apps/static-files and performance. Introduced Elm to the team, and worked on code hands on.
