My name is Anshul, and I have close to 7 years of experience at Amazon, currently working as an SDE-II (L5). I believe I’d be a strong addition for you, bringing the following qualifications:

1. Extensive Interview Experience: I’ve conducted 180+ interviews at Amazon across roles such as SDE-Intern, SDE-I, and SDE-II, with a focus on Data Structures, Algorithms, and System Design. I’m also well-versed in Amazon’s Leadership Principles and have a strong understanding of how they are evaluated during interviews.

2. Deep Understanding of Bar Raiser Standards: I’ve participated in 30+ Bar Raiser debrief loops, including return offer interviews and SDE-II system design rounds. This has given me a solid grasp of what both Bar Raisers and Hiring Managers look for.

3. Involvement in Promotions & Conversions: I’ve been involved in 10+ promotion cycles, providing feedback for SDE-Intern and SDE-I levels, and have contributed to intern-to-FTE conversions through promotion debriefs.

Additionally, I’ve been actively volunteering with an NGO for over 2.5 years, which reflects my passion for teaching and mentorship. I genuinely enjoy helping others grow and thrive in their careers.
