I have been developing in Java almost since I started programming. Professionally, I have been coding in Java since 2014. I pay special attention to memory, performance, and monitoring. It isn't enough for a program to be functionally correct, it needs to be scalable and adaptable for the future.

I construct coding problems for these interviews and tend to be problem focused as opposed to language focused. I interview candidates in Python3, Ruby, JavaScript, Java, C++, or whatever language they are most comfortable in.
