Roles & Responsibilities:
* Spearheaded a significant increase in test code coverage from 65% to 92%. Successfully convinced
the team to adopt a Test-Driven Development (TDD) approach for new code, ensuring the delivery of
high-quality software.
* Extended the filtering of customer answers by incorporating relevant answer properties, enhancing the
overall user experience.
* Expanded authorization capabilities by enabling customers to define custom roles, enhancing system
flexibility. Migrated the authentication system to Auth0, elevating security standards and ensuring a
secure user authentication experience. Assisted customers with SAML configuration in Okta/Auth0,
contributing to seamless integration and user authentication processes.
* Initiated the definition of contexts for the entire application, enhancing clarity and efficiency in
development processes.
* Improved database query performance through table normalization, building projections, and
partitioning tables. Successfully removed bloat from tables/indexes, optimizing database efficiency.
