I am a passionate web developer with a diverse set of skills ranging from building responsive front end designs to writing server side application logic using the latest technologies including JavaScript, Ruby on Rails, jQuery, Backbone.js, ReactJS, HTML5 and CSS3.
I started my career as a software engineer developing and managing mission-critical applications for a financial services client. I played multiple roles and built a strong background in database development and data analysis. With my desire to be part of a development team that builds projects with latest technologies I started pursuing a career in web development. Having worked with complex databases and applications, I have developed a keen interest in turning large chunks of data into stories and insights. I am always on the lookout for latest web tools that make my work far more engaging.
