Co-founded and led the technical development of a talent and workforce technology platform connecting professionals in emerging markets with local and global job opportunities. Architected and scaled multiple products across recruitment, job matching, AI-powered career support, candidate assessment, and workforce management. Built and launched AI-enabled products including TalentApply and Evalia, applying AI to job matching, CV analysis, candidate screening, assessments, and hiring workflows.

Scaled the platform to a network of 17,000+ professionals and supported more than 1,100 job opportunities and placements across multiple industries and markets. Designed systems supporting thousands of users, high-volume job aggregation, candidate matching, assessments, payments, and employer workflows. Led engineering architecture, product development, cloud infrastructure, API integrations, security, and technical strategy from early-stage prototypes through production systems.

Built and managed engineering teams while establishing development processes, architecture standards, and product delivery practices. Worked directly with enterprise customers to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Developed technology used by financial institutions, consulting firms, healthcare organizations, startups, and other enterprise clients. Helped grow the business to more than $1M in cumulative revenue while using technology and product innovation as a core driver of growth.
