I regularly lead deep dives and workshops on topics like TDD, modular design, event-driven architectures, observability, and performance; not as theory, but as tools teams can apply immediately.
Iโve spent most of my career in fast-scaling environments (from $0 to multi-million ARR), where architectural decisions compound quickly and undoing them later is expensive. My goal is to make those decisions explicit, reversible where possible, and aligned with how organisations actually grow.
