I'm a hands-on software engineer and the owner of Bytecode in Zagreb, Croatia, with 15+ years building production applications.

My core stack is Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, React and TypeScript. I help teams stabilize existing codebases, build SaaS products and marketplaces, and deliver APIs, background jobs and reliable deployments.

My work includes Rails/React marketplace engineering at Roomsie, catalog ingestion and search at Movieo, and customer-data integrations for SessionM. SayTrue is our own AI support product, with knowledge-grounded answers, source citations, transcripts and human handoff. I have worked with Vapi/Twilio for DPL/Pallets Online and, separately, GoHighLevel snapshots and CRM workflows for Pact.

I speak fluent English, work remotely with US overlap, and can lead a scoped MVP or join an established team. I agree clear acceptance criteria, deliver a working first slice, and document the handover.
