Led teams supporting an all-in-one software solution for assisted living communities.

Accomplishments:

• Led project using AI development tools (Sonnet 3.7 and Cursor IDE) to integrate our product with Generative AI (GenAI) to support dynamic content generation. The integration has been estimated to save Activity Administrators 4 hours a week.
• Led a team in implementing functionality to allow users to attach content items to community calendars, improving usage of content by community staff by an average of 20%. This improved customer retention by at least 5%, and drove several new sign-ups.
• Led integration with a third-party system (MatrixCare) for resident census data. The project was completed on-time and on-budget, which allowed LifeLoop to attract a multi-million dollar client and proceed with large-scale onboarding.Received 2023 Inspiration Icon (CEO-level) award for performance on this project.
  

Developed enhancements for applications overseeing allocation and distribution of new inventory to worldwide fulfillment centers.Accomplishments:

• Added support for splitting pallets of inventory bound for multiple fulfillment centers (where before the system could only send complete pallets). This resulted in an average cost savings of 10% for inventory replenishment orders.
• Led project empowering users to configure new distribution lanes via a React website, replacing manual process and reducing on-call workload by 20%.

Supported front-end applications and back-end microservices responsible for serving interactive content to assisted living facilities.Accomplishments:

• Implemented and improved unit tests for repos, raising overall test coverage rate from an average of 60% to 80% as measured by lines covered by tests.
• Led integration for LifeLoop and IN2L applications following a merge, completing Proof of Concept (PoC) in 1 month. Full integration was completed in 6 months, allowing for elimination of redundant resources/maintenance costs.
