I started at Student CarShare in May 2014 as an intern and quickly became an important part of the team. Working in a small team allowed me to learn a lot... and fast. At Student CarShare I played many roles, designer, developer, marketer. I've worked with email marketing, social media, digital ads, events, website optimization. However, my role at Student CarShare has always been focused on one key thing, growth. While at Student CarShare memberships generated through web efforts increased by 973% over a one-year period from July 1, 2014 to July 1, 2015. - Managed digital marketing efforts for nationally expanding brand - Planned, scheduled and executed campaigns on all digital platforms - Built content for social in order to drive traffic and build brand authority on campus - Managed all paid traffic using Twitter Ads, Google AdWords, and Facebook's Power Editor - Analyzed all analytics on a daily basis using Google Analytics and real-time metrics - Created graphics and creative for all visual ad content - Managed small team of interns to effectively distribute work load of the marketing department - Created mockups and prototypes using InVision and Adobe suite - Implemented designs of working prototype using the Ionic framework Built internal tools to help Student CarShare grow: A feed with social activity on Instagram and Twitter within 2km radius of key Canadian campuses. This was used to identify and contact campus influencers Tool to visualize and track driving patterns of vehicles.
