I have worked with clients from variety of business sectors as a full-stack developer and engineer where I have been responsible for range of projects relating front-end and back-end development, performing several maintenance duties as dev-ops as well as creating complete web application from designing scalable architecture to database designs. UQ has embarked upon a journey to digitise and automate university-wide paper-based processes and automation initiative is undertaken by information technology services (ITS) business unit. In this role, I was involved in elicitation of requirement from stakeholders, business process design, optimisation and documentation of requirements, preparation of user stories, acceptance testing and delivery of digitised processes to the business. During my tenure, I have actively contributed on digitisation of HR business processes such as, Variable Term Contract, Fixed-Term Appointment Expiry and led the analysis activities on Occupational health and safety induction and Electronic Health Record (EHR) project initiated by UQ health care to automate staff and student immunisation process to comply with Queensland Health directive related to mandatory immunisations. Responsibilities ----------------------- · Elicited information through stakeholder interviews and collaborative workshops to gather business requirements. · Developed and maintained project documentation including business processes, workflows, data models, mock-ups and high-fidelity wireframes. · Created user stories and epics based on business requirements and used agile development (SCRUM) to develop and deliver solutions to the business. · Conducted User Acceptance Testing with end users and post-delivery reviews of the digitised processes with stakeholders to get their feedback on project deliverables.

Education platform operated under agency environment with various RTO course providers in Brisbane, where education platform team assisted RTO’s such as Evocca, AIPT, Foundation Education, SmartCity College and Strategix etc. with their marketing campaigns, pre-qualified VET-FEE students, student enrolment management and assist students with LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy) tests. My role involved internal systems management and improve various business processes across the organisation while ensuring internal systems are secure, operational and available at all the times.
