Throughout my career as a software engineer, I have always focused on creating my own projects. I'm genuinely passionate when it comes to creating products.
Currently, I own a retail-tech startup accelerated by Google at the beginning of 2020, one of more than 370 submitted startups, just before the pandemic. We grew above our expectations in this program and learned things from people that made it all a really life-changing experience. We were introduced to a lot of high-level managers of big retail companies in Brazil. With the team we have now, the startup is walking on its own feet, so it's been a great experience.
Today I have accumulated more than ten years of programming, seven full-time years of javascript development (React, Node, etc.), and more than three years managing teams. Deeply focused on high-scalable multi-platform products that make a difference in people's lives.

By the end of 2019, a retail-specialist colleague from COPEJEM (the biggest young entrepreneurs council from Brazil I joined when working at Nappo) invited me to join him on this project. The idea was to create the best salesperson assistant, using a data science model that analyzes more than 40 KPIs, predicted what were the best actions the user could make today to make more profit. At the beginning of 2020, we were one of the 20 startups from all over Brazil selected on Google's startup program among 374 submitted called Startup Zone, in São Paulo. This was one of the best professional experiences of my life. It gave me the opportunity to improve my GCloud knowledge (Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, etc.) with a Google engineer, best practices of Analytics with a specialist from Google, and we finished the program scoring 1st place, getting the boost we needed to be one of the startups with the most potential to grow according to them. ● Data-driven Retailtech startup; ● Managed a team of two software engineers and one designer; ● We developed a high-scalable software covering a web and mobile app (React.js/React Native), with a Node.js, Express, GraphQL and MongoDB stack on the back-end using Cypress to handle the end-to-end testing and Jest for unit testing; ● Negotiation with other CTOs to handle integration between store ERPs systems and us; ● One of the best things that I learned while working at Proft was the Hook model, which we used to make using the app a habit on users' daily routine (internal/external hooks, action, reward and investment). This was key to improve a lot the effectiveness of the salesperson; ● https://neopro.com.br
