Developing Integration Gateway platform for one of the world's biggest automobile manufacturers for their vehicle telematics, on-board problem diagnostics, remote assistance, crash reporting, turn by turn navigation and infotainment system. The Integration Platform uses the latest SOA Suite from Oracle Fusion Middleware and connects all of customers systems to provide a uniform interface for all end users to consume IT services. The SOA suite is hosted on Linux platform and uses Agile development methodology and Continuous Integration to achieve high productivity while keeping new functionality and features flowing for the customer thus giving it an edge from its competitors in this high growing and competitive IT space in North America and China.

ADS layer project is building an Oracle OLAP database to provision data to external vendors. Client has an operational database called IRMA which stores all customer and vendor transaction for its multi-channel integrated marketing platform. Client currently has batch feeds to provision this transactional data to external vendors which is time taking, complex and resource intensive. In order to overcome these challenges client is building the ADS database layer (also known as Provisioning Layer by customer) which can expose the same data to the vendors through database views. Vendors will be able to connect to this database in restricted manner and query the data belonging to them.
