- Currently, I lead a dynamic team of approximately 20 technical professionals. This diverse group comprises over 5 Front-end Developers, 10 Back-end Developers, 3 QA Engineers, and 1 Designer. In addition to my managerial duties, I frequently collaborate with the DevOps Department to ensure seamless operations.

- My responsibilities extend to overseeing a significant IoT-based web portal headquartered in the Netherlands and used in multiple EU based countries. A bicycle rental and e-commerce platform, an ERP system, and a Ticketing System. These projects are intricately designed around microservices architecture, leveraging Red Hat technologies such as Keycloak and 3Scale for robust security and efficient API management.

- Despite my managerial role, I maintain a hands-on approach to development, actively coding in React, PHP, Node.js, Red Hat Keycloak, Red Hat 3Scale, and other relevant technologies. Moreover, I lend my expertise to DevOps Engineers, aiding in deployment processes to uphold project integrity.

- In evaluating employee performance, I employ the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA) alongside various metrics. These metrics include assessing Post Release Issues, Code Quality Coverage via SonarQube, and ensuring security compliance across version control repositories etc. This comprehensive approach ensures continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

- Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of collaborating with prestigious EU-based clients on significant projects centered around the QS World University Rankings. Notably, I spearheaded the development of MoveIn 3, a comprehensive platform catering to all use cases of the student enrollment process within universities.

- In addition to my international engagements, I've partnered with numerous UK-based clients, leading the development of bespoke PHP-powered ecommerce systems tailored to their unique business requirements. These projects underscored my adeptness at leveraging PHP to deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

- Furthermore, I've successfully managed the development of various local initiatives spanning recruitment and real estate domains. These endeavors encompassed overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, and involved fostering collaborative environments conducive to innovation and success.
