Shashwat Jain

Worked as a machine vision developer with Unmanned Aerial Systems, a research team which worked under Lockheed Martin. I developed a real time monitoring system for the UAV.

I have worked on a lot of projects using C++, mainly while making applications on Qt framework. I used to code on C++ for competitive programming as well. I have been to ACM ICPC regionals as well where I represented my college. So plenty of experience as far as C++/C is considered.

During my college years I made most of my project UIs on the the Qt framework as it works like a charm with open source libraries such as OpenCV (Image Processing). Good amount of experience on making applications on this platform as well.

I have been working with python for the last 3 years. I have developed a wide variety of projects in python including CLI tools, GUI applications, backend for websites etc.

I have a huge interest in IOT and I have worked in a few projects using it. The best project amog those was to monitor interopibility between a ground control station and an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), and control a camera on board the UAV.

Recently started using AWS and exploring it further.

I've experience with SQL/NoSQL based Databases, hosting & deployment, scraping, and creating REST APIs.
