- Does not already have a CTO or an experienced technology team
- Is a well-funded start-up or has stable revenue
- Primary product could be a physical product (not necessarily software)
- Lacks a solid software solution for their product
- Leadership team values honesty & integrity
- Goals and results-oriented culture
I am not inexpensive but I do provide value - and if don't provide more value to you than I charge then we're not a good fit
I am flexible and will take a combination of equity, performance-based bonuses, and monthly fees, especially if I believe in the project and believe that I can add a lot of value
