I've been working for the past 3 years as a Ruby on Rails Developer in Boston Primarily for Green River Data.

I taught myself JavaScript when I was 14 and in college I designed my own programming language that compiles into JavaScript. I know the language inside out and backwards. I feel that is one of the most interesting and misunderstood modern programming languages.

I've been making websites since I was a teenager. HTML and CSS are the bread and butter of web development.

I picked up C in college and it has proved invaluable as a tool for diving into the nuts and bolts of computing. Some people call C a power tool and I think that's fairly accurate. It can really get the job done but you have to be careful or you might break something.

I learned the finer points of relational database design from a mentor in highschool and I have been using MySQL, SQLite, adn PostgreSQL ever sinse. All great tools for storing and organising complex data.
