• I lead the authentication team for the federal government's flagship USAI.gov initiative in a high-profile collaboration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Amazon Bedrock.
• Architected and implemented a robust authentication and authorization solution using Keycloak on a Kubernetes platform to serve as the critical SSO and RBAC for the Government wide shared service distributed to over 30 Federal Government agencies.

• Rewrote the State Bond management application from PowerBuilder to C#.NET Blazor Server, automating the collection and disbursement of bond payments to the bank.
• Developed applications using C#, Dapper, and Entity Framework Core to streamline financial operations within the revolving fund.
