Roberto was amazing. He answered very quickly, understood my problem with running the program I was trying to run, expertly explained everything to me, and then quickly fixed the MANY problems I was having. He got everything back to me with excellent instructions on how to complete the task and do it in the future. He also sent all the completed work, just in case I had any difficulties, which I did not due to his directions. He is THE BEST at this, and I highly recommend him! I will always ask for him, he takes care of everything and takes the stress away from you when you are on a deadline. Thank you Roberto!
