Being part of Care departement, the biggest in Vistaprint, my work is to provide insight for business analysts on care agents' planning, customer satisfaction, customer contact...etc Responsabilities: - Design and implementation of a Business Intelligence platform for Care analysis (Agent planning, customer satisfaction...) - As Product Owner, manage contact with shareholders and provide insight on project progress. - Optimization and applying BI standards on already developed parts of the project. Tools and environment : - Software : Microsoft BI (SSIS/SSAS Tabulaire et Multidim/Azure), MS Project, Excel, JIRA, Trello…etc. - Data Base: SQL Server, Azure Data Lake

Some of the responsibilities in this experience were creating of the company and working with KPMG France as a client on multiple BI projects.. - Design and implementation of a Business Intelligence platform for different uses (HR, Finance, Marketing…). - Management of multiple teams and projects. - Coordination between the different shareholders of the project (Final users, Product Owners, Infrastructure team, Developers, IT Department). - Development of POCs. ?
