Rohan Nair

I'm a polyglot developer and startup founder with a lot of experience building teams and shipping software products. I'm working on my new startup, Jointcare, where we use machine learning to help surgeons build personalized treatment plans for patients.

I typically work with teams on React / Node / Typescript projects but also build all my stuff in Elixir / Phoenix. I have extensive experience within the React ecosystem and contributed to many libraries, including React itself.

My development philosophy is to keep things predictable and replaceable. This makes me gravitate towards a functional programming style, with an excellent appreciation for compositional patterns and reducing side effects.
