• Migration Tool: Implemented user facing APIs for Migration Tool feature, a tool integrated with Amazon Lex for customers to easily migrate from Lex v1 to v2.

• Lex 2.0 region expansion: Developed and deployed Amazon Lex v2 service stacks for Seoul (ICN) and CapteTown (CPT) regions.

• Lex 2.0 Service Monitoring Infrastructure: Setup the monitoring infrastructure and alarming strategy for Lex 2.0 Services using AWS CloudWatch and AWS Carnaval.
