I am an experienced technologist with a track record of value creation in complex operational businesses (banking and education) through product development & process optimisation/automation, ex-neuroscience researcher. I am the head of IT & Product (CTO) in edtech "Matclass" company and co-founder of a dating tech startup "No Random Dates".

I am very interested in no-code instruments and low-code. These tools help our business and are super useful for small businesses to save a lot of resources on hypothesis testing and finding developers for a project. This is the reason why development is severely slowed down or a project is shut down altogether. This can easily be avoided in the early stages by learning how to create products yourself.

It is ideal to train people from scratch who are just ready to take their first steps in business. You learn as much from them as you do from experienced colleagues. A newcomer's view is like that of a child or someone from another universe - it is always fresh, interesting and helps you look at a task from a completely new perspective. I have extensive experience in recruiting, vetting and training people, motivating them in the process and training them. I believe that everyone is capable of very much, there are almost no limits. The main thing is for the person to believe in their own capabilities and abilities!
