A newly white-labeled B2B approval-workflow software lacked an inbound lead channel. The product was positioned in a niche with minimal monthly search volume. With a limited budget and high-ticket pricing, the objective was to capture existing demand rather than generate awareness and build a qualified pipeline efficiently.
The solution involved conducting a product owner interview to define the target persona: IT or operations managers at large companies who were ready to purchase the product. Using Google Keyword Planner and SEMrush, the team identified high-intent keywords, excluding informational and broad queries. Conversion tracking was set up using a Google Ads tag, and the team then migrated to GTM and GA4 for more reliable measurement. Form fills were used as the primary quality signal for conversions. Regular auditing of search terms, the creation of exclusion lists to filter out spam and irrelevant clicks, and a relaunch with a more refined keyword set were implemented to improve lead quality after a domain migration pause.
The campaign, which started with a zero inbound pipeline, achieved remarkable success. Within three months, it secured a closed deal worth 400 million IDR, resulting in a 21x ROAS. The campaign’s click-through rate (CTR) of 4.67% and conversion rate of 5.32% exceeded the B2B SaaS benchmarks, demonstrating the viability of pay-per-click (PPC) advertising in a highly niche market.

Copy.ai was producing AI-generated blog content at scale, but there was no editorial quality assurance process to verify factual accuracy, content freshness, or SEO performance. This increased the risk of hallucinations, outdated information, and missed search opportunities reaching readers.
Reviewed 20–30 AI-generated articles each week, using Clearscope to optimize SEO while fact-checking content, correcting AI hallucinations, and updating outdated information. Later took more tasks by publishing four blog posts per week. As the team expanded, led a team of three content refresh specialists by assigning workloads, reviewing output, and ensuring consistent editorial standards.
Refreshed 20–30 articles weekly for 10 months while leading a distributed team of three. Helped improve content quality, contributing to stronger SERP performance and increased visibility in Google's AI Overviews, while maintaining a reliable editorial workflow in a fully asynchronous international team.
