Under direction of the General Manager led a team of 10 (Design, Engineering, and Product) to integrate Passkeys for all fans. Acting as SME and Architect for WebAuthn we built a Level 3 compliant implementation utilizing related origin and signaling APIs. Including work contributing back to open source improving tools to support the level 3 draft. This was a multi-departmental initiative that required the collaboration and negotiation of multiple concurrent security related initiatives. Over the course of 3 months we delivered the feature to fans without introducing any business interruption.

● Led product design and technical implementation of Passkey/Webauthn for login and step-up authentication.

● Responsible for observability, platform, and infrastructure.

● Maintained a multi-phase technical product design to help guide the product team in scoping initiatives.

● Acted as WebAuthn SME, building tools and training stakeholders on Passkey features to enable a multi-domain seamless experience for fans.

Enterprise Data Platform - Ticketmaster

The EDP team needed an expert in managing legacy infrastructure to level up in their experience using terraform and kubernetes/helm features for a high availability service that was recently migrated from managed hardware to the cloud in AWS. During this engagement I paired directly with other engineers to transition infrastructure, build technical knowledge and diagnose network capacity and resource issues left behind after the migration.

● Supported migration of legacy Java Spring application to EKS (AWS Kubernetes)

● Led observability and platform migration to enhance product stability.

● Collaborated on replacement of legacy data platforms with Kafka Streams API.

● Owned infrastructure modernisation project and trained peers in Terraform, Go, and Kubernetes activities.
