My coding journey started as a teenager making music fan pages. I don't use scrolling marquees anymore but I've learned that old skills stick around and new skills are always fun. I work as the director of Operations at a market Research company in the midwest. I create software for our company and train entry level coders. I like to code with systems in mind and with an analytical approach. I also believe that one of the most important tools a coder can have is good communication skills.
