Have been developing software since 1984, about 34 years. Mainly in Line Of Business (LOB) applications, have developed and/or been directly involved in the development of applications for accounting, material management for engineering and construction projects, a large (600+ tables) Oracle-Based ERP Application for government agencies in Venezuela, as well as medium sized (120+ tables, ~100 VS projects) web applications using ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET MVC Core, including a Microsoft's Bot Framework application. Co-owned an ISV for 20 years, taking the main technical lead role for development and maintenance of the Oracle-based ERP application, deployed in more than 30 local, regional and central government agencies and organizations in Venezuela, including some large and important ones, like the Tax and Customs Agency (SENIAT), Supreme Court (TSJ) and the General Accounting Office (CGR). Since 2011 have been developing using ASP.NET MVC (and recently ASP.NET Core). And as a remote independent consultant working from Tenerife Spain since 2015.

Have done web development with .NET since 2011, both on back-end and front-end although I'm more on the back-end and architecture side. Have always used EntityFramework with the Code First approach and developed an app with 120+ tables, for project management, including timesheets and effort budgeting and tracking. Also developed a Microsoft Bot Framework proactive Bot with an ASP.NET Core management web app, for training support for a large nuclear industry services engineering company in Spain.
