● Built account.booking.com, Booking’s Identity and access management (IAM) platform, and onboard over 300M guest user accounts and over 10M partner users account, in a cross functional team of 5.
● Led the design of single sign on for over 300M guest user accounts in a team of 2, to enable multi product authentication experience.
● Led the initiative to establish Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for the two services behind account.booking.com. This enabled us to establish clear lines of communication and set expectations with internal stakeholders, and helped the product manager to manage our backlog more effectively.
● Built alerting and monitoring systems for our services, and led the effort to establish the oncall procedure for the team.
● Built a new Alexa Skill for Booking.com in 3 months in a cross functional team of 4.
● Extensive A/B testing to improve user experience on Booking.com hotel/property page. As a result, also
increased over 23000 bookings per day.
