· After securing funding built out agile engineering team utilizing a combination of in-house developers, and contractors when advantageous.
· Cultivated an engineering culture focused on innovation, and curiosity for new technology, that consistently delivers high quality applications to serve the needs of the sales team.
· Reported directly to CEO, board of advisors, investors, and enterprise customers.
