Luis Carlos Mogrovejo

I'm an engineering architect in Lima, Peru (UTC-5), with ten years of production systems behind me. By day I lead data engineering at a US live-commerce platform: NestJS and Fastify services, Kafka, Redis Streams, PostgreSQL and DynamoDB, Prometheus and Datadog. The last three years have been on LLM systems end to end: multi-agent orchestration, MCP servers, evaluation suites, and the discipline that keeps them honest (a validator that is never the author of the work).

Outside work I maintain gsd-amauta, an open-source agent harness with 35 specialist agents, and I run a bare-metal Kubernetes cluster at home, so the problems I help with are the ones I debug every week: services that fall over under load, clusters that will not schedule, agent pipelines that return confident nonsense. Earlier: engineering lead at GameOn (Canada) and six years of Web3 engineering (Solidity on Arbitrum, Rust).
