Working inside Apple as a contractor through Avenue Code. Relocated from Avenue Code’s Brazilian branch to San Francisco. I've been performing technical management and leadership in alignment with the board of directors, as well as mentoring engineers and being a technical reference for people across the different branches of the company worldwide. Directly involved in technical recruitment processes and decisions, developing challenges, implementing and integrating tools (eg: Greenhouse, Google Hire), creating guideline documents, training talent acquisition consultants, and preparing other engineers to recruit. I have acted on projects of leading American companies in the e-commerce segment, including Fortune 100 retailers and companies like Toys"R"Us. Putting into practice knowledge about the implementation of accessibility techniques, responsive design, performance improvements, SEO, and continuous integration / DevOps. Could coach and lead many colleagues, helping them to develop their skills, understand more about the company and its clients, and learn more technologies through mentorship programs.
