I have been working on AngularJs as my go to frontend framework and have led teams to build highly responsive and mobile responsive frontend sites. I know what is required to scale the frontend yet enable it to be maintainable & still fast for the end user to provide the best user experience. I have built purely frontend website with firebase as the backend driver for websites and for Ionic (cross platform hybrid mobile applications) for many projects. I even have a starter template which I personally use for all my AngularJs projects (regardless whether its web or ionic) => https://github.com/tlkiong/angularjs_starting_template This is by far my current favourite frontend framework. I also know the drawback of using this particular framework and what to watch out for. I have incorporated many design patterns and best practices (for both Javascript & AngularJs & flexbox) into the starter template.

I have worked on Ruby on Rails as the backend framework for building high performing websites which depend highly on Postgresql. I have worked with many projects using Rails 3 & 4 and from ruby 1.9 till ruby 2.4. I have also worked with having AngularJs as the frontend for Rails instead of the default template which is extremely tough given that Rails has its own way of doing things and is extremely strict about it. This is a good and bad thing of Rails. The good is that everyone who do rails knows what to expect from one rails project to another. The bad is that it is always stuck in the concepts and ideas at the time of inception (or until the rails core team decide to upgrade it)

I believe to be a leader is to take extreme ownership of the entire team's performance. You have to not only inspire and motivate them to get everything done but also to keep the team happy and sane at the same time given the insane workload at times

The web is a platform now and no app that exist on it can get anywhere without a strong knowledge of its markup, style & quirks. I have been working on multiple consumer facing & enterprise facing apps and can help with structure, style and UX questions

Lets just say I love Git. I have worked in SVN but I always come back to Git with its capabilities and the workflows it supports.
