 Lead the development and design of a human resources management application.  Application includes separate modules for: Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee & Payroll Management  Full stack development using Bootstrap/KnockoutJS/Typescript on the client side and Controller/Provider/Repository back end using Autofac for dependency injection and dapper to connect to a MS SQL 2012 database.  Additional components: Windows Service for managing various offline processes. WCF API allowing for web hooks from integration partners as well as data retrieval.

 Lead the development and design of a PCT/G&A web application designed for healthcare professionals such as doctors, nurses and insurance companies. Customers include: Anthem Blue Cross, LA Care.  (PCT G&A) Process Tracking Management Grievances and Appeals on a high level allows users to follow customizable and in some cases dynamic workflows to manage and resolve grievances and appeals.  Full stack development using Silverlight/Prism/MVVM on the client side and WCF back end using entity framework to connect to a MS SQL 2016 database.  Additional components: Windows Service for managing various offline processes.  Additional responsibilities: manage Azure portal for various resources (web servers, SQL servers, etc.).
