Built and currently leading an exchange-grade SaaS trading platform serving TradFi and DeFi/Crypto clients globally. As Software Architect heading the product engineering department and reporting to the CEO, I lead a 25–30 person distributed team, own the engineering budget, and drive the technical roadmap. Architected a Kafka-backed, event-sourced system delivering sub-10ms latency and microsecond-level performance for high-frequency trading. Helped close deals representing 75% of company revenue, including a Binance-scale exchange engagement won in a single technical session. Built an AI-powered PR reviewer now in company-wide use, cutting review times by 50%+.

• Played the role of a Solutions Architect in a critical short span client delivery. Managed 3 development scrum teams and reported directly to both the Head of Delivery and Product Architect. The teams worked parallely in 3 different workstreams: Functional build, Ora to PG migration and Integration, which were all overseen by me. • Was an Engineering Manager, with seven junior to senior developers and leads reporting to me, managing the team motivation, performance evaluations and guiding and mentoring them. • Was part of the Go-Live of one of the world’s largest Clearing Houses, during the pandemic, which was awarded as the “Best New Technology” at the American Financial Technology Awards 2020. I was responsible for the core realtime low latency system, including the fault tolerance implementation upon which the system’s resilience was heavily dependent. • Was part of multiple client visits to UK to train and resolve functional and technical client issues and support client testing. • Actively participated in improving software processes such as Continuous Integration, Defect Management, Code Quality, Code Coverage via levels of testing and E2E Automation. • Analyzed database performance bottlenecks and proposing suitable partitioning and indexing schemes to help improve overall system performance. • Received continuous positive feedback significantly exceeding expectations at performance evaluations. Even received a career jump by being given a double promotion to a Tech Lead after being recognized for exceptional performance.
