Earlier in my career I was affiliated with a code school where I provided one-on-one debugging support and instruction to students, as well as pair programming, group instruction, and collaborative architectural exercises.
I really enjoyed it! I still do a fair bit of pairing but it's usually with people around the same experience level as myself. I really enjoyed and valued teaching and want to do more of it.
I'm competent in a lot of programming languages, and very comfortable jumping into unfamiliar code to help debug. It's a fun way to hone your skills and a good way to knowledge-share advanced debugging techniques and mindset with people earlier in their careers.
