• Website Overhaul: Rebuilt the company website from scratch, migrating the frontend to Next.js with Static Site Generation (SSG). Optimized performance to reduce page load times from 5 seconds to under 1 second, improving user engagement and SEO rankings.
• E-commerce Optimization: Developed custom WordPress plugins for seamless frontend-backend integration, enabling deep WooCommerce functionality with tiered pricing models. Streamlined the ordering process, cutting completion time from 10 seconds to under 3 seconds, enhancing customer satisfaction.
• HubSpot and Analytics Integration: Integrated HubSpot to automate marketing workflows and improve lead tracking, while implementing Google Analytics to provide actionable insights into user behavior, enabling data-driven marketing and product strategies.
• Proofing Portal: Designed an automated Proofing Portal, replacing manual email-based proof approvals with a self-service platform featuring 24-hour automated reminders. Built a backend system for efficient proof management, including customer comments, reducing prepress team workload by 40%.
• Mailer Management System: Engineered a system to streamline mailer and batch management, integrating AccuTrace for real-time USPS updates. Automated PDF parsing to extract Mailer IDs, eliminating manual entry, and enabled metadata-driven batch creation, improving operational accuracy and reducing processing time by 30%.
