Senior Oracle Consultant instrumental in migrating all existing Oracle 6i objects, for United States Department of Education, Federal Student Aid (FSA) legacy system Post-Secondary Education Participants System (PEPS) and the Electronic Application for Approval to Participate in Federal Student Financial Aid Programs (eApp) re-platforming project, to Oracle 12c. Provided expertise in converting and upgrading Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Menus, PL/SQL Libraries (PLL), Object Libraries (OLB), SQL and PL/SQL code modifications. • Responsible for the sole conversation, testing and distribution of Oracle Reports and assisted in the conversion of Oracle Forms, replication of look and feel of the original 6i system and 508 compliance. The system was originally a Windows XP based system being upgraded to Linux 7 with source control through Tortoise SVN, development with Oracle 12c Reports and Forms Builders and SQL Developer for database management.

Providing expertise in converting and upgrading over 1300+ Oracle Forms, over 1300+ Reports, Menus, PL/SQL Libraries (PLL), Object Libraries (OLB), SQL and PL/SQL code modifications, created and modified bash, sh and ksh scripts. • Orchestrated the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance tasks for WebLogic Server 12.2.1.3.0 that included Java 8 JDK version 1.8.0_151,0, Fusion Middleware Infrastructure and Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Forms and Reports 12c for Linux 6 & 7 and Windows 10. Performed all upgrades, patches, and enhancements to the Middleware and WebLogic servers.
