Introducing a cutting-edge platform designed for comprehensive real estate data aggregation and analysis. At its core, this platform employs Python and Selenium to efficiently scrape data from various real estate websites, ensuring a constant stream of up-to-date market information. To manage and store this data, we utilize a Flask API, which seamlessly saves the information to a MySQL database hosted on a secure virtual server. One of the platform's standout features is its use of advanced GPT models to intelligently analyze and interpret data contained within PDF files. This feature adds a layer of depth to the analysis by extracting valuable insights from complex documents. Additionally, the platform integrates with the Zillow API, enriching its database with a wide range of real estate data, including listings, price trends, and regional market dynamics. Accessibility and user-friendliness are key. Users can easily access the compiled data through a web browser interface, which offers a clear, intuitive view of the data. For added convenience and further analysis, clients have the option to download this data directly into Excel files.
