The reason I hired Jaime for a backend User Systems project was because he wasn't a 'Yes' man. He took the time to read my project requirement doc and asked thoughtful questions on helping me better refine my project scope. During the implementation of the project, Jaime was really on top of adapting to our project management and communication habits. Moreover, whenever there was an engineering decision to be made, Jaime presented the advantages and trade-offs to each choice to make our lives easier. His code quality is great and he provided useful documentation to enable my team to be self-serviced after the implementation. I highly recommend Jaime as a component developer for your next project. I will probably hire him again in the future ;)
