Asana is a project management platform for all team sizes. I worked on the web team which is responsible to maintain asana.com up and running in a scalable way which at the same time should support a seamlessly experience for growth team to perform experimentation on the frontend side and gather metrics around it.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented several A/B tests driving direct impact on revenue for asana.com. Being the most relevant (probably), the homepage redesign for visitors in the English page.
• Created several migrations for different content types in order to serve what content authors need to build a page on the web.
• Implemented many components for our internal design system giving more UI widgets to content authors for building pages.
• Worked on some features to extend our experimentation framework which allows developers to create A/B tests seamlessly.

Yalo is a software as a service that allows companies to transform their business with GenAI-Powered conversational commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Designed and implemented the ground base for a Golang microservice that connects to BigQuery in order to provide users with meaningful data for customer segmentation.
• Implemented a grpc streaming service to connect the data exported from a microservice to provide large data volumes as input to a segmentation engine allowing users to create targeted audiences.
• Implemented a proxy service which reads different sources previously communicating through HTTP and migrates them to Kafka messages and performs transformation on top of them to send a unified schema to one of the most relevant core services.

Venmo is an app that allows fast, safe social payments for individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities:

• Implemented adhoc jobs in Python to be able to run automated processes such as sending scheduled notifications to the whole user base in a scalable way.
• Started the migration of the tax documents feature from legacy web to the new tech stack by using React on top of NextJS.
• Redesigned the dynamic menu UI for the venmo.com dashboard.
• Implemented several components in the UI design system powering our front-end.
