XITE is a music video streaming company. They have linear channels as well as TV and STB apps. At XITE I develop and maintain STB apps for 9 platforms including Ziggo, KPN, Comcast etc. The apps are built using Lightning.js which is a JavaScript framework that uses a WebGL based rendering engine instead of browser DOM.

Bongo is the largest OTT video streaming platform in Bangladesh. Here I am in charge of developing features, maintaining codebase, orchestrating deployments and managing technical aspects of the frontend team for their user facing platform Bongo(bongobd.com) Achievements: - Reimplemented and imporved payments - Deployed analytics using Google Tag Manager - Refactored and imporve video UI components - Implemented A/B Tests Tech: React, Apollo, Material UI, React Router, i18next, Google Analytics, Youbora Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Video.js, Google Optimize

Cefalo is a Norway based consulting and offshoring company. Here I am working with their clients in Norway to build and improve various web apps. Notata: Notata is a startup aiming to help investors with evaluating startups. They are developing a web app to help other investors with the same problems they have faced. Here I was tasked with refactoring their existing React web app and adding new features. We were challenged with getting started on their legacy codebase and infrastructure in a short time frame and we were successful in adding value by delivering on a critical deadline. This project uses very modern infrastructure such as Serverless Framework and GraphQL. Amedia: Amedia is one of Norway’s largest publishers of local media. Here, I was tasked with creating an embeddable web app in React that consumed data from a cutting edge CMS system called Sanity. I used React hooks to manage state and Sanity’s GROQ query language to fetch data from the CSM. Moment: Moment is a cloud-based project management tool. We were tasked with the migration of their legacy Backbone frontend system to a modern React system. The new system uses Redux for state management and employs an in-house tool for the data layer called entity-data. The UI is designed in Figma and is converted to a reusable set of component libraries that gets heavily used in the main application. We worked on implementing various reusable components and parts of their application’s core modules. Egmont: Egmont is one of Norway’s leading media groups. As part of their IT team we were tasked with implementing different projects. We worked on building a few websites in Wordpress, forum software built in PHP, a cross domain recommendation engine using Python and Elasticsearch and lastly migrating their legacy Java based blogging platform to a multi-site Wordpress platform.
