Translates business to figures | Blockchain analytics | Tokenomics

I have 3+ years experience in cryptocurrency & blockchain area. I specialise in taking rough business ideas and making sure that are both financially and technically feasible (with a focus on blockchain, tokenomics, AI and the finance industry). For majority of the time, I have developed business plans, token economic papers and modes for several (15+) ICOs and STOs. I have also done several financial models for a large crypto mining setups.

If needed, I have the expertise to develop smart contracts on Ethereum Solidity (oracles, scheduled execution, etc.). Here is a lending application on top of the Ethereum blockchain as an example of my work: https://github.com/hpiyankov/StructuredEther

In my non-crypto experience, I have over 10 years experience in analytics, data science, machine learning, big data, and AI within the field of finance. I was an Analytics Director for one of the largest consumer finance companies on the largest consumer market in the world (China). During this time I have been part of many complex projects both as a consultant and as a project manager. I am an expert in modeling of all kinds (financial, forecasts, estimations, budgeting).

There are many Blockchain projects currently, tokenizing various assets and services. Many of those projects, unfortunately, skip some critical questions, related to Tokenomics (usually because of not knowing to ask them), such as: - How does my token fit my business model? - What is a fair valuation of my token 3-5-10 years from now? - How can I structure my token, so that investors have the best chance of getting positive returns from it? - Which parts of my business logic are best to be on-chain (smart contracts) and off-chain? - What is the proper token sale structure for my token? - What should be the monetary and fiscal policies of my token? Unfortunately, not asking those questions in time, means that even if the ICO is a success, the project still might fail down the road. This is where I can help you. With extensive experience in developing token economy models (Tokenomics) and papers for 10+ ICOs and 13+ years background in analytics, I can help you come up with the proper policies for managing your token, both pre-ICO and several years within the project. The tokenomics models are developed using a template in which I have put hundreds of hours of work and experience, making sure you get the very best at a reasonable price. While Tokenomics is my primary focus, there are several other areas where, my 13+ years of experience in analytics, data mining, and machine learning, can be beneficial for your project: - Mining farms and cloud mining investments need proper revenue and profit projections, mining setup optimization and return on investment calculations. - Cryptocurrency trading strategies should be based on proven fundamentals such as portfolio balancing, technical analysis, machine learning and AI. -Your Smart Contracts (Solidity) should be written and reviewed by someone who both understand the technical aspects of implementing a smart contract and their intersection with the business needs and company goals.

If I can sum up my experience in China, it would be one word - amazing! Nothing quite compares to being part of the biggest consumer lending company on the biggest consumer market in the world! The second word which comes to mind is "challenging" - during the first year, my team more than tripled in size, while our responsibilities and output increased significantly more. Starting from just providing a single regular report and some time consuming ad-hoc analysis, one year later our regular reports were in the two digit numbers, most of them being interactive dashboard style. We also ran a significant number of ad-hoc analysis, bonus schemes and predictive models, all of which properly document and systematised on a wiki, so anyone can find the answer which he or she is looking for. I am particularly fond of our sophisticated budgeting model, which provides an exceptional level of granularity while being able to produce accurate predictions on demand. In parallel, we had several projects, from multiple new reporting tools implementations (Visual analytics, OLAP Cubes, Data Marts) to a full omnichannel integration of our systems.
