My name is Guillaume and I am a Belgian engineer living in Munich. I have experience in the e-commerce, media broadcasting and software industries both as a Software Engineer and as a Cloud / DevOps Engineer.
I am experienced working with Java, Go and Python. My experience includes working with web applications (e-commerce, CRM, HCM) as well as working with IoT devices. I have both worked with monolithic applications and microservices architecture, including the transition between them.
I have both worked with on-premise systems and cloud systems (public and hybrid cloud). I have professional experience working with GCP, AWS and Azure (certified).
DevOps practices and tools (containers, orchestration, monitoring, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, configuration management) are my second nature.
I am passionate about Cloud technologies, DevOps, AI and physics, and I regularly write about those topics.
