I've built a several Rails Applications. In 2008 I've helped to create a project management product called MOOV (its not online anymore, since it was discontinued), it was like the combination of pack of 37signals (backpack, highrise and campfire) products. After that I had my own startup with our own products(in rails and a bit of pure ruby) and some customers (websites in rails). Then, I worked for a company that had some quite big international sites, for political campaigns in US and Europe (a company called Webstrong group). Today, I work for a company that develops a software (mainly on Rails) for insurance company and repair shops. All my biggest works were in Ruby/Ruby on Rails/Sinatra.

I'm an experient user of git. I did a consultancy for a company about Git, and my objective was to help them to use it instead of TeamFoundation Server. It was successful. I know about: branching, hooks, cherry-picking, stash, the entire file flow, merging, solving conflicts.
