I strongly recommend Gonzalo. He has an unusually diverse skill set - can do hard-core stuff like php plus all the other essentials of web development (Wordpress, javascript, etc.). His communication skills are also excellent, which can be difficult to find in a good developer. Finally, he's down-to-Earth and reasonable, such that if there's an unexpected snag, he'll work with you on pricing. Again, highly recommended - will continue working with him undoubtedly.
