This feature was introduced in the mainline of the routing code, deployed in Airties retail, Sky, AT&T, Altice, amongst others, deployed to a total of approx. 29 million households - Proposed and implemented a new algorithm for master node election, tailored to Sky Plc business requirements - Mentored new software engineers on the metrics used by the customer to detect issues in the field and on using tools to measure such metrics. These metrics are now generating automated reports created with Jupyter Notebooks - Integrated a proprietary mesh solution based on AODV for Sky Plc - Monitored the reliability of products deployed in UK and Italy closely with Sky integration team - Contributed extensively to the code base: routing algorithm - ~15% increase in throughput; dynamic frequency selection & client steering - Leveraged data from different sets of customers to model the quality of networks and corroborated theories correlating inbound call volumes to certain aspects of the network - Applied proposed changes to the model created from customer data to quantify improvements on networks and drive down call centre costs - Worked alongside with Sky and AirTies architects to set KPIs for new features - Integrated part of a new routing stack and help achieve backwards and forward compatibility with the already deployed products

- Conceptualized and implemented Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) based RCS for Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, as per GSM Association specifications - Engineered a Back-to-Back User Agent (B2BUA) for Home Gateways - As SPOC of the project, I anchored the following work 1. Identified and proposed solutions complying with GSMA, ETSI, 3GPP and the SIP-related RFCs; matching the business needs of the client 2. Coordinated configurations of the several different back-ends - The project claimed a world record by acquiring 16 million subscribers in the first month after release, half year later having 120+ million subscribers
