Francisco Esteban

This project, in the healthcare sector—specifically focused on designing, developing, and manufacturing implantable lenses for the eye—aims to modernize legacy systems. The client operates two main platforms built on ASP.NET/MySQL and VB.NET. My role involves implementing Azure and AWS services (Code, Pipeline, Boards, and IAM roles) in the China region. The next major phase involves migrating these systems to a microservices architecture (currently pending). I’m also collaborating directly with third-party vendors on API integrations and implementations. For this purpose, we’re building a new dashboard from scratch using Vue 3 on the frontend and Go for the backend.

As a full-stack developer, my role involves developing solutions and new features for client systems, as well as presenting demos and progress updates to users, team leads, and managers. The primary project follows a microservices architecture, utilizing Angular, React, and Vue frameworks on the frontend, with C# as the main backend language. Additionally, I contribute to several projects involving Python and DevOps, specifically working with Azure Pipelines. Currently, I’m engaged in migrating applications from .NET Core to .NET 5 and .NET 6 frameworks.

I work as a full-stack developer, primarily focused on .NET technologies, collaborating with a team based in New Zealand to coordinate parallel work streams. Currently, I’m involved in implementing a CMS and managing a data migration project.
